Pete Blake, Pete has been keeping Reptiles for about 35 years. Since getting his first Reticulated Python at the age of 12 he has spnt his life keeping different Reptiles and learning about them. Pete’s passions are Venomous snakes, Crocodilians, Chameleons, Green Tree Pythons. His favourite Reptile is fluffy the King Cobra and as you see in the picture Ali-g his Mississippi Aligator. Pete has a strong belief in educating customers and aiding them in learning about Reptiles.

chris Jordan, Chris is Asst Manager at the Zone and has enjoyed keeping Reptiles since he was a wee lad. Having done various Reptile Courses Chris also completed a degree in Zooology. Chris has an extensive knowledge of Genetics which he studied as part of his degree. His favourite Reptiles are Monitors, Geckos, Chinese Alligators, and also enjoys working with Venomous Snakes

Jade Purnell, Since volenteering at the Zone, Jade is now a full time member of staff. She enjoys all aspects of Reptile Keeping and recently completed an Animal Course where she enjoyed helping the lecturers with Reptile knowledge. Jade has worked hard to learn all aspects of Reptile husbandry.. She is one of a few people who has managed to breed Tokay Geckos and have success with the babies. Jades main interests lie in the Reproductive Husbandry of a number of different species. Jade also looks after the Reptile Experience and parties which you can read about on this site.
